Thank you

Members, I first want to take this opportunity to thank all of you. The voting turnout was amazing and regardless of who you voted for I want you to know I will do my absolute best to make positive change within our agency. This has been an especially tough month for a variety of reasons. I know we are all tired and there seems to be no end in sight. I am very aware of this and will work to come up with solutions. Soon I will be making appearances at both facilities, please feel free to come talk to me. If you do not know me please come up and introduce yourself. I want and need your feedback. As I cannot be everywhere at once I am relying on you all to be my eyes and ears. Do not be shy in coming to me with any issues, solutions or recommendations that you may have. I am a very approachable person and will listen to you with an open mind. I am hoping we have strong voter turnout for the upcoming elections. I will work closely with whom ever is voted in and together we will provide solutions. We have a lot of strong candidates who have stepped up and want to get involved. Throughout my term my main goals are communication, transparency and problem solving. The main reason I ran for President is because I work with some pretty amazing people. With the current staff shortages we are all taking on so much. Thank you for showing up and doing the job you do, I am proud to be your president. Nicole
