Survey regarding job satisfaction and conditions at work

The e-board will be sending out a survey very soon requesting your feedback. The purpose of this survey is to gather statistical information we can present to management as we continue our efforts to address low morale, out of control MOTs, recruiting and retention, and other issues we face.

Please take the time to complete the survey, and add your voice to our efforts. While we will always make every effort to tell your stories, and accurately represent you, statistics lend weight to our efforts and are very hard to ignore. The greater the involvement in this survey, the more weight these statistics will have.

Please help us pass along this message, and garner involvement. It is our hope to have statistical information available when we go into our next Labor Management Meeting on the 22nd.
