MCCDA Constitution!

Greetings!

After much work to review, reorganize, and update the MCCDA constitution, your constitution committee is sending out the proposed constitutional amendments for your review prior to a vote to adopt the amended constitution.  The amended constitution has undergone a complete formatting update to make the constitution much easier to read, and find the information in the appropriate articles.  Additionally, the language of the articles has been amended to be current.

In preparation for the vote to adopt, we have created binders to be placed in the lunch rooms and briefing rooms of both facilities.  These binders contain each article separated by a blue sheet for easy review.  At the end of each article is a comment box that provides a summary of any amendments for that article.  Our hope is that this will make your review of these articles easier, and more thorough.  Once adopted, these comment boxes will be removed, leaving only the language of the constitution.

Additionally, we will be uploading these same articles (with comment boxes) onto the MCCDA website for review electronically.

We as the board would like to recognize the efforts of the MCCDA Constitution Committee in completing this comprehensive review, and proposing amendments for our constitution.  The members of the MCCDA Constitution Committee are:
