Comp Time

I have had members reach out to me concerned they were not receiving their shift differential when they worked a shift for compensation time. For example if you were assigned to E shift, but came in for dayshift for comp, you need to enter it in workday as dayshift you worked and your assigned shift (E shift) as comp. Members were concerned they were missing their shift differential on their assigned shift because they had to enter it as compensation time. I talked to payroll and couldn't find any examples where this is happening, but if it is happening and you can show me, contact me so I can get it fixed.
