Bid Results Issue

Due to a system error, 2 members on long term leave appeared on the initial final bid report. I immediately investigated this, and found the system error that caused it and fixed it.

The system pushed them into two post spots that did not exist, so it did not affect any of the rest of the bid thankfully. (One was the 5th person in a combo that was only slotted for 4 spots, while the other was the 9th person in a combo only slotted for 8 spots.) so again to reiterate, the extra staff originally included in now way affected the bid results.
